What is the returns procedure?

This will enable faster processing of your return. Returns numbers are issued for your protection, this is your only reference.
All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery and you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
Barefaced Beauty Ltd advises that for your own protection, you should retain proof of postage in the event that goods are damaged or lost in transit. Barefaced Beauty Ltd requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be unused, and unsoiled and in re-saleable condition. If an item has been opened and used, we would not normally issue a refund, however we would consider exchanging the item for a different shade / type, in this case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you with further information regarding exchanging the item.
Barefaced Beauty Ltd is entitled to make a charge for damaged or missing items and this may affect the total amount credited to you.
The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require that the consumer will provide written notice of a cancellation within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the consumer receives the goods.
Once Barefaced Beauty Ltd receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Barefaced Beauty Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order less any delivery or administration charges.
